Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions before visiting our Golf Course and Aqua Range! If your questions aren't answered here, please send us a message on Facebook or via email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Who can use the Golf Course and Aqua Range?
Everyone! Vista Ridge Golf Course is a family friendly, beginner style course with grass bunkers (no sand), over-sized cups and an aqua range for golfers of all ability levels.
Do you have a dress code?
We ask that your attire is clean and free from any tears or stains. Jeans are permitted on our course as long as they are free of any rips or stains.
Can I bring my kids golfing with me?
Yes! We are a family friendly course that encourages families and new golfers to get out there and learn the game. Let our Guest Services Staff know when booking your tee time or upon check in that you are golfing with your family as we offer discounted rates for juniors and families.
Do I need to book in advance?
We encourage pre-booking your tee-time to ensure availability.

Can I bring my kids to ride along with me?
Of Course! Just let our staff know when booking your tee time that you will have a rider joining you. Additional cart fees will apply.
How do I book a Tee Time?
You can book a tee time by calling our Guest Services Office (780-743-8651) or by visiting our online booking page.
Do I need to book to use the Aqua Range?
No, you do not have to book to use the Aqua Range.
How long does a round of golf take?
Our 12-hole course takes about 2 hours and 24 minutes to complete. The Fast 5 course takes about 1 hour to complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 2 hours notice to cancel a tee time, anything cancelled within 2 hours of your booked tee-time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booking total. Any "No-Shows" are subject to the full cost of the booking.
What happens if it's raining?
We golf rain or shine! However, if there is extremely heavy rain, thunder, lightening, or high winds, we may issue rain checks or refunds in the interest of staff and golfers safety.
Vista Ridge All Seasons Park does not possess an inclement weather warning or detection system. Golfers are advised that they are playing at their own risk and we are under no obligation to warn, retrieve, and/or remove anyone from the golf course due to inclement weather, including lightning. Vista Ridge is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from inclement weather.
Golfers may suspend their round at any time upon their own determination of the dangers of existing, impending or threatening inclement weather and golfers may be eligible for a refund. Vista Ridge Management may determine that the course is unplayable due to weather conditions, in this case players may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be based on position on the course at the time of round abandonment. If golfers have not teed off hole 6 while playing the 12-hole course or hole 3 while playing the Fast Five, golfers may be eligible for a refund. Once golfers have teed off hole 6 while playing the 12-hole course or hole 3 while playing the Fast Five, their round will be deemed complete and no refund will be offered.
Does Vista Ridge have rental clubs available?
Yes! We have a selection of club rentals available including both right and left handed clubs for adults and juniors.

Can I bring my dog on the course with me?
No, we do not currently allow dogs or pets on the course with golfers.
What Food and Beverage services will Vista Ridge offer this Summer?
Our Golf Course and Aqua Range will be serviced by our 2 beverage carts on weekends and holidays. On weekdays we will have a beverage cart available all day depending on how busy the tee sheet is.
Does Vista Ridge offer Golf Lessons?
No, we do not currently offer golf lessons.
What if I am late for my Tee Time?
Please be on time as our tee sheet runs on schedule. If you are late, you will have to wait until our next available tee time. If you think you may be late, please call our office to let us know and request a later tee time.
Does Vista Ridge have any retail items for sale?
We have a limited selection of balls and tees available at our retail shop located at the Guest Services Office. We also offer some other retail items such as t-shirts, sweaters, hats, and more!
Does my child require a chaperone?
Vista Ridge requires any child under the age of 13 be accompanied by a chaperone at our facility. A chaperone is described as a responsible adult, aged 18+ years. There is no daycare or adult supervision on the premises and unattended children are expected to abide by all rules and guidelines set out and to generally be respectful of the facility staff.
How do I purchase a Golf Membership?
Golf Memberships can be purchased by calling our Guest Services Office (780-743-8651) or by visiting our office during our regular operating hours. Our membership rates can be found on our website under the Memberships Tab.
Will Vista Ridge be offering a Year Round Golf Membership and Ski Pass?
Yes! Ask our guest services team about our Year-Round Pass that was introduced spring 2022!
